Coaching sessions are individualized based on the person showing up and their goals. We may be practicing skills, brainstorming solutions, identifying and troubleshooting obstacles, or something else!

I’m favorably biased and even still my answer is… maybe!
Sex coaching can be incredibly helpful for those who are motivated to create a more enjoyable sex life for themselves. If you are a person who likes actionable items and appreciates having a professional who is excited to brainstorm creative solutions, sex coaching is worth it.
And. There are times when sex coaching won’t be worth it. Therapy may be a better fit, or maybe a certain book or resource is all you need to set you back on track. I don’t want you wasting your time in sex coaching if it’s not worth it for you!
