  • Coaching sessions are individualized based on the person showing up and their goals. We may be practicing skills, brainstorming solutions, identifying and troubleshooting obstacles, or something else!

  • I’m favorably biased and even still my answer is… maybe!

    Sex coaching can be incredibly helpful for those who are motivated to create a more enjoyable sex life for themselves. If you are a person who likes actionable items and appreciates having a professional who is excited to brainstorm creative solutions, sex coaching is worth it.

    And. There are times when sex coaching won’t be worth it. Therapy may be a better fit, or maybe a certain book or resource is all you need to set you back on track. I don’t want you wasting your time in sex coaching if it’s not worth it for you!
